World 64 - Fallen From Grace

The titans of the world are at war...

Many have died for their respective cause, it has been a dark month for those in the core.

With the war in full force the casualties are piling up, troops killed, players leaving, even the loss of a tribe has occurred...

This has been a bloody war and now we see the Ex Family beginning to fall, they must now battle on two fronts, as though bad diplomacy and short tempers the face yet another war...

The new year had come and with it the last chance for any tribe to rest easy, free from the possibility of attack. Many things have changed in our conflict, a new time of war has come to the core with new friendships being formed, yet still the odd surprise is seen.

Called to arms once more the force's of the core took their place on the battleground.

The Attacks started out with the full force of HotRex & ~MW~ striking the first blow again, not by nobling the enemy, no, but with large numbers of catapult targets...
Hundreds of attacks being sent out, all seeming looking like fakes began to move on their respective targets, small groups of cavalry, spies and catapults were sent to the enemy. A simple yet effective way to damage the enemies back lines, nobody would consider that 50 attacks from the same village would actually amount to much.

They were wrong...

Catapult damage to buildings were now a normal sight in the Ex Family reports folders. not a big deal when it's just one or two villages, this was hundreds of them taking damage. The back rows were now part of the war one way or the other.

Stacking of players had become the name of the game on all sides with one player standing out in this war - Gobbing of Ex appeared to be the biggest problem for HotRex & ~MW~ with him being located in the main battleground he was well supported, he would be hit with so many troops that even heavy support would be pushed to it's limits.

The full force of two tribes was coming down on Gobbing, and the desire to take control of those villages was at it's highest. Hit after hit landed against his walls, breaking down the troops a little at a time.
Something had changed and Gobbing found himself tribeless...
Nobody really knew why at first. But after speaking with Gobbing he said "They Kicked me for the mails i wrote telling of how many nukes would be needed to clear the stacks..."
An action of a player who had given up, Now alone he battled until he had no troops then waited for the inevitable.

The war continued on, the Ex family still pushed back with many attacks being felt on the front lines. Calls for support had become a daily occurrence, the pre-stacking forums seemed to be the most used at this time.

Something still didn't seem right in the world...

Another force was being irritated by the Ex leadership, it appeared that short tempers and bad diplomacy had brought a new war to the table for the Ex family...

iGouge was officially joining the fight.

Many mails had been passed around and tempers had flared over ennoblement's within each others region, this was not the best time for the Ex family to be engaging another force, but members had moved over to this new threat, leaving Ex in a more vulnerable spot.

Loosing members to their new enemy and villages being taken by their current enemy, it was not surprising that one of the family would disband...

Exotic were no more.

A move that would bring little concern to the force's facing the Ex family, they believed that it was the beginning of the end. A chance to regroup and take count of the losses, many many tired troops returned home, the first victory had come.

Ex family may have bitten off too much now, they are falling down the ranks with many tribes quietly deciding to take a village or two where possible. Even titans have to fall sometime.

To me it seems allot of mistakes have been made on the side of the Ex family, they have been Strong in their resolve when communicating to other tribes, but it is not always best to stand firm when backing down could save you some time and hassle.

The war has been going for over a month now, and the members of the Ex family have been reducing in this time. The map shows you how bad this conflict has been, yet some still fight on, as i once said to a member of Ex...

"This is a fight to the last village."

Morale was getting worse within Ex, many members beginning to feel Fallen Hobo had failed them. His leadership strategies were not to the standard that was needed for a tribe of this size. With enemies on all sides the Ex family needed to work as one and take out the active players more than ever before. Operations within the family had almost halted completely, some tried to jump-start the process again but Fallen Hobo put a stop to that in favour of attacking those he believed were in-active... little did he know that these accounts were used as traps, massive defencive stacks had be put in place.

With the days left for this family being numbered, is there any chance for a revival of their members?...

It does not look bright, with rumours circulating about Fallen Hobo himself being inactive leaving the account to be played mainly by his co-players, and the tribe CTT apparently being almost completely account sat by Ex, it comes as no surprise that members are already planning how to get out of this disaster alive.

Soon Ex will leave this world under a cloud of failure's, there have been many ready and willing to try and be the best they can, but the efforts were directed towards personal grudge's over viable targets.

The leadership has failed this tribe, and soon they will scattered to the wind, refugees looking for sanctuary with their old enemies...

I believe this will create a new time of conflict in the world, with the map already looking overcrowded, is there any room for those how have fallen from grace?...
